Amy was a warm and kind person, and her smile had the ability to make everything in the room more cheerful. Her nature was one of kindness and generosity, and she volunteered her time at the Dorothy Day House of the United States. Additionally, she had the goal of becoming a member of the Peace Corps. The goal that she set for herself was to have a real desire to make the world a better place. Her two sisters, Kelsey and Erin Nickerson, as well as her grandparents, Richard and Marcella Nickerson and Patricia Hoffman, as well as her aunts and uncles, Richard, Nancy, Eileen, George, Patti, Erich, Julie, and Dean, will miss her tremendously.
