Michin is currently putting all her efforts into bringing AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson on the same page. However, AJ Styles’ reluctance to offer her a hug is making her contemplate a shift in focus back to her individual career.
Michin’s return to WWE was intended for her to be a part of The OC alongside AJ Styles and The Good Brothers. However, upon AJ Styles’ return from injury at the end of 2023, he appeared noticeably distant from his stablemates. Despite Michin’s attempts to warmly embrace AJ Styles each week, he consistently gives her the cold shoulder.
While speaking with Denise Salcedo, Michin talked about her continued dedication to The OC, emphasizing the importance of keeping the family united. However, she also acknowledged her personal aspirations in WWE, specifically aiming to climb through the ranks and secure another opportunity at the WWE Women’s Championship.
Michin made it clear that the more AJ Styles continues to reject the OC, the more she will simply want to become a singles star soon.
”I would definitely love to climb up the ranks. I know I just had a championship match with IYO SKY and as of now, with my focus [on] the boys and trying to make sure the family stick together — that’s where my priority is right now. However, the more that AJ don’t wanna hug me, the more I’m trying to focus on the girls. At the end of the day, I might have to focus on myself, but I got to stick with family.”
We will have to wait and see whether Michin will eventually go back to being a singles competitor as fans do want her to flourish in that department as soon as possible.
